Can all customers use Speedpay?
This service is open to all customers whose creditworthiness allows them to use
their card for transactions.
Customers whose final bill are in collections or have been charged off are ineligible
to pay with a credit or debit card. In addition, bankrupt customers are not eligible
for this payment option.
