Can all customers receive their bills electronically?

The following accounts are not eligible to receive their bills electronically:

• Accounts that have Final Billed, are Inactive or have been Charged Off
• Accounts that are setup for Builders or Damage Claims
• Accounts on Summary Billing

If any of the accounts listed above try to enroll in CheckFree, Ameren will reject the request.
